Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Build REST APIs and engineer services for card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Lead greenfield development and improvements to existing systems.
- Apply clean-code, maintainability, TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another engineering or science discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English fluency.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Ambitious, results-driven personality and ability to learn quickly.
