Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform.
- Coordinate development lifecycle of various third party integrations and SIEMs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues.
- Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers.
- Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholders.
- Bridge communication gaps between engineering and non-technical functions.
- Own product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health.
Requirements
- Proficient technical background to understand APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management.
- Proven project management experience with multiple parties across time zones.
- Extremely customer-facing with a resilient, troubleshooting mindset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to query data and build dashboards.
