Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enable enterprise clients to onboard successfully onto the Doppel platform.
- Coordinate the development lifecycle for third-party integrations and SIEMs.
- Troubleshoot SSO and authentication issues involving SAML and OAuth.
- Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers.
- Build applications on top of the webhook platform to support additional Doppel use cases.
- Manage 4–5 parallel integration workstreams, maintain deadlines, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Bridge communication between engineering and non-technical functions.
- Own integration-related product adoption and usage metrics.
- Create and maintain dashboards tracking customer API/webhook usage and system health.
- Document and improve onboarding and integration best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency with APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management is required.
- Proven project management experience coordinating multiple parties across time zones is required.
- Strong customer-facing, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to query data and build dashboards is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
