Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy product features and services using PHP, JavaScript, Vue, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and implement relational SQL database schemas and perform database operations using DDL and DML.
- Build data-driven products, real-time partner APIs, and tools supporting remote teams and international partners.
- Handle sensitive customer information appropriately.
- Own feature development across requirements, implementation, changes, follow-up work, and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with Product, global engineering teams, partners, and other engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
- Mentor and document work for new engineers and interview candidates for the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial technology services.
- Proficiency with front-end and back-end technologies including PHP, Java, JavaScript, Vue, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to contribute to reviews, pair programming, collaborative tasks, and mentoring.
