Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using OutSystems 11 and ODC.
- Develop reusable components, integrations, and framework assets for project delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues, investigate application incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in technical design discussions and solution implementation decisions.
- Support DevOps activities, release deployments, and environment management.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, architecture principles, and OutSystems best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of total IT experience is required.
- At least 7–8 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
- Proficiency in OutSystems 11 and ODC development, with strong hands-on enterprise application development experience.
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and external systems.
- Experience with SQL performance tuning, reactive web applications, mobile applications, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and development best practices.
- Familiarity with Azure, DevOps pipelines, Git-based source control, and automated deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is preferred.
- Exposure to Flutter mobile application development and concepts such as offline data synchronization, push notifications, responsive design, and mobile application performance optimization is preferred.
- OutSystems Associate, Professional, Tech Lead, or Architecture certification is advantageous.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
