Base Salary
$251k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop tools, algorithms, and evaluation mechanisms for safe, smooth, and predictable autonomous vehicle behavior.
- Frame open-ended real-world driving problems into well-defined engineering problems.
- Scale solutions to Google-sized data pipelines and refine them to run in real time on vehicles.
- Address complex driving situations involving social interactions such as merging and negotiating narrow roads under noisy, uncertain, and incomplete information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, machine learning, robotics, or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least five years of general software engineering experience programming in C++ with efficient code.
- Experience collaborating with different teams.
