Base Salary
$166k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform.
- Bridge the gap between hardware and human operators.
- Manage real-time telemetry, health, and autopilot tasks on vehicles.
- Enable operators to plan missions and visualize maps.
- Orchestrate complex autonomous behaviors across fleets.
- Integrate GenAI agents for natural language interfaces.
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- 3+ years of experience in back end development using Python, C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
- Experience in building software solutions for data processing and analysis.
- Ability to navigate complex systems with a focus on rapid delivery.
- Desire to collaborate with team members on novel software capabilities.
