Responsibilities
- Design and architect a scalable, secure, and compliant AI platform built on Databricks and Azure Cloud Services.
- Develop infrastructure and REST/WebSocket-based AI and LLM platform services for downstream applications.
- Own MLOps and LLMOps practices for model lifecycle management, observability, and security.
- Develop scalable data pipelines supporting AI and ML data requirements.
- Build and maintain RAG and agentic orchestration layers for complex, multi-step GenAI workflows.
- Evaluate emerging Generative AI technologies and integrate those that provide demonstrable business value.
- Mentor and educate engineering teams on Generative AI techniques and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining GenAI or advanced ML models in production environments.
- At least 3 years of experience with Python and GenAI frameworks or tools such as Databricks Vector Search, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence, LangGraph, Haystack, and LlamaIndex.
- Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, embedding models, RAG methodologies, vector databases, chunking strategies, and GraphRAG.
- Deep familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tools, data platforms, and cloud platforms.
- Experience developing and deploying RESTful services, using containerization, and implementing automated CI/CD systems.
- Working knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
