Responsibilities
- Build scalable and secure identity services and own multiple product features.
- Evaluate architecture, identify risks and opportunities, and propose mitigations and improvements.
- Extend federated identity capabilities.
- Design, develop, deploy, integrate, and support Single Sign-On using a DevOps model across device types.
- Research technologies, build prototypes or core features, and define architectural improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and drive adoption of modern technologies across engineering teams.
- Design internet-scale, web-forward architecture focused on scalability, availability, performance, and low latency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong object-oriented design, design patterns, algorithmic, and logical skills.
- Proven knowledge of system scalability, availability, and performance.
- Hands-on software development experience on large projects.
- Deep knowledge of the J2EE stack.
- Experience with software engineering processes, unit testing, build automation, and continuous integration.
- Single Sign-On product deployment and integration experience is a plus.
- Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, accuracy, and English proficiency.
