Responsibilities
- Develop and test Java solutions based on requirements.
- Estimate tasks and participate in daily team sync-ups.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Communicate daily with clients through email and phone sync-ups.
- Collaborate with QA engineering to ensure delivered code meets defined standards.
Requirements
- At least six years of experience with current Java versions.
- Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and engineering practices.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, or with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of web protocols and RESTful web services.
- Experience with source code versioning systems, preferably Git.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with SQL; NoSQL database experience is a plus.
- Experience with microservices and the complete product development cycle.
- Experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
- Strong analytical skills, a systematic approach, and self-reliance.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
