Responsibilities
- Acquire technical expertise in Smart Manufacturing solutions and provide technical presales support to sales teams.
- Interpret customer requirements, conduct site studies, and prepare solution proposals.
- Develop system specifications and design, develop, test, debug, and commission software systems.
- Oversee software project implementation and lead or guide software engineers.
- Collaborate with business units and third-party partners to deliver total solutions.
- Provide product and technical training to peers, sales teams, business partners, and customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of software development industry experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of .NET, Java, Python, and/or mobile application software development languages.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and relational databases.
- Knowledge of MES, CMMS, IoT, Smart Manufacturing solutions, and BI tools such as QlikSense, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in IT process and application consultancy, with problem-solving, creative, innovative, and solution-driven capabilities.
