Responsibilities
- Own product areas from concept through deployment.
- Build and ship production features daily for AI-agent recruiting systems.
- Automate complex workflows using agentic systems and AI technologies.
- Write, iterate, and scale software while balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineering team.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Ideally, experience working with LLM APIs.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value.
- Willingness to work intensively in a high-ownership early-stage startup environment.
