Responsibilities
- Build and extend an existing custom scoped application and visualizations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain ServiceNow applications, custom components, workflows, integrations, business rules, and user experiences.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and recommend solution architectures, alternative designs, and implementation strategies.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and visualizations using AngularJS, React, HTML5, CSS, and related frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development team members.
- Participate in solution testing, troubleshooting, optimization, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance user experiences.
- Advise business stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities, emerging technologies, and development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must reside in the United States and perform the work in the United States.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, administration, customization, and scripting.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML/JSON, REST services, and modern web development practices.
- Hands-on experience designing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD are preferred.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, and experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow AI-driven enterprise solutions are preferred.
