Responsibilities
- Design and develop front-end experiences for Trust and Safety systems.
- Analyze user behavior to create innovative technical solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to create scalable safety design systems.
- Work with Trust & Safety to build decision-making tools and integrate third-party solutions.
- Design interfaces for AI-assisted moderation to enhance human-AI collaboration.
- Utilize user data to improve AI models and visualize feedback loops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Front-End or Full-Stack Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Typescript, CSS, React, React Native, and HTML.
- Experience building features for consumer products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on user experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
