Responsibilities
- Design, configure, optimize, and provide technical leadership for SAP IS-Auto, SAP DBM, SAP Vehicle Management System, and Proaxia VSS solutions.
- Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, blueprinting, functional design, and process improvement activities.
- Support SAP implementation and transformation delivery across configuration, development support, SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, debug SAP programs, and collaborate with ABAP developers on fixes.
- Support integrations with OEM systems, CRM platforms, payment gateways, digital applications, dealer applications, logistics platforms, financial tools, and middleware.
- Develop functional specifications, BRDs, FDDs, process flows, test scripts, training materials, knowledge articles, SOPs, and support runbooks.
- Provide L2/L3 support, validate change requests and upgrades, conduct regression analysis, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver user training, stakeholder communication, mentoring, risk reporting, and knowledge transfer across hybrid project teams.
Requirements
- At least five years of SAP Automotive experience, including SAP IS-Auto, SAP DBM, SAP Vehicle Management System, or Proaxia VSS.
- Five to nine years of hands-on experience as a technical lead or senior consultant in S/4HANA SAP Automotive environments.
- Experience delivering at least two to three end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrade projects.
- Strong knowledge of workshop operations, service management, parts management, warranty processing, service appointment scheduling, vehicle reception and delivery, and recall campaigns.
- Experience with ABAP code analysis, debugging, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, IDocs, APIs or web services, SQL queries, data migration, data validation, and interface monitoring.
- Knowledge of SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, SAP FSCM, SAP Business Partner, SAP CRM/CX, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile and DevOps environments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferred qualifications include Proaxia VSS and SRS experience, eVHC, workshop monitoring, service advisor mobility, customer portals, digital payments, OEM warranty and recall integrations, SAP certification, and automotive retail dealership experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, ownership, mentoring, and customer-focus skills.
