Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test plans based on requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform requirements analysis and verification and validation of software systems.
- Execute manual, automated, and user acceptance testing plans.
- Document test results, track quality assurance standards, identify defects, and communicate findings to development teams.
- Prepare technical requirement documents, testing plans, technical findings reports, and client-facing presentations.
- Work with analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to resolve system deficiencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience performing software verification and validation.
- Experience researching, developing, and analyzing requirements.
- Experience preparing technical presentations, Technical Requirement Documents, testing plans, and technical findings reports.
- Experience executing manual, automated, and user acceptance testing plans.
- Experience using Confluence and Jira.
- Knowledge of the Verification and Validation lifecycle.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Development or Quality Assurance.
- Preferred: experience leading QA, quality control, or verification and validation teams on software projects.
- Preferred: experience creating and managing linked Confluence and Jira workspaces and delivering client-facing presentations.
