Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end AI architectures across data, models, agents, orchestration, and execution.
- Select appropriate rules, machine learning, LLM, or hybrid approaches and design for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Establish engineering standards, CI/CD patterns, testing strategies, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle practices.
- Ensure data quality, model performance, decision integrity, governance, risk mitigation, and Responsible AI.
- Make platform tradeoff decisions involving Databricks, Snowflake, and Palantir.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms and define reusable reference architectures and accelerators.
- Advise senior client stakeholders, lead Wayfinders and delivery teams, contribute to proposals and intellectual property, and mentor consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting or equivalent industry roles.
- Proven leadership of AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Deep experience with cloud-native data and AI platforms, machine learning, LLMs, agentic systems, and decision workflows.
- Experience with MLOps, monitoring, governance, and Responsible AI.
- Strong architectural tradeoff, system-design, executive communication, client leadership, team leadership, coaching, and strategic delivery skills.
Benefits
- Estimated base pay range of $140,000 to $180,000.
