Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise organizations in the Malaysia territory through discovery sessions and workshops.
- Align business strategies with complex, multi-product Salesforce technology solutions.
- Analyze ambiguous business problems, define opportunities, and recommend practical next steps.
- Evaluate solution options, develop decision frameworks, and drive consensus among customer stakeholders.
- Create and deliver customized Salesforce product demonstrations, live prototypes, and transformational pitches.
- Support customers, account executives, and professional services teams with solution discovery, analysis, and recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional solution engagements and align them with opportunity strategies.
- Develop customer-experience narratives supported by Salesforce technologies.
- Complete relevant product, sales, procedural training, and certifications.
- Travel within Malaysia and as required by territory and regional alignment.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or an equivalent technical discipline is required.
- Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English are required.
- Strong presentation, collaboration, interpersonal communication, and technical problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to engage business and technology leaders and work effectively in varied environments is required.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Previous experience as a Solution Engineer or Sales Engineer for a CRM or similar technology company is preferred.
- Basic programming experience in HTML and other web-based technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian business landscape and local enterprise ecosystem is preferred.
