Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Product Management, and customers to support secure, scalable adoption of cloud-native security solutions.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects that influence the product roadmap and field priorities.
- Provide technical feedback to Product Managers on cloud posture, workload protection, and identity management.
- Design automation content, playbooks, and integrations for SOC use cases and cloud security risks.
- Enhance Cortex capabilities for visibility, risk prioritization, and policy enforcement across multi-cloud environments.
- Provide technical guidance and support for systems engineers and help implement solutions based on client feedback and needs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and advise teams, colleagues, and executives while executing effectively.
- Understanding of cloud-native security, security operations use cases, and modern application architectures.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years of experience with one or more major cloud infrastructure providers.
- At least 2 years of experience with security orchestration, automation, and response technology.
- Technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Singaporean nationality is required.
- Experience with CNAPP, DSPM, CSPM tools such as Prisma Cloud is advantageous.
- Understanding of CIEM principles and experience managing cloud entitlements across AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, modern CI/CD pipelines, SOC workflows, incident response, SIEM integrations, cloud-native programming, scripts, and automation is advantageous.
