Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities.
- Design, scope, and execute proofs of concept (POCs).
- Build prototypes and demos using Deepgram SDKs and APIs.
- Advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Run security and compliance threads common in APAC.
- Triage and debug issues during evaluations.
- Create reusable assets that scale.
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Support for continuity.
- Enable the field by collaborating on demos and technical validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Professional software engineering experience in languages like JavaScript, Python, or Rust.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and technologies.
- Proven track record leading POCs for enterprise customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
