Base Salary
$165k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build automation, AI, and ML features from concept through release and integration into the product.
- Generate new insights and solutions beyond pattern matching for unsolved problems.
- Work closely with company leadership and the founding team on high-impact projects affecting the company’s market positioning.
- Develop full-stack product engineering capabilities for Tabs’ AI team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-stack engineering experience directly impacting product and feature delivery to users.
- At least 1 year of experience working on products that deliver AI/ML inference to end users, including machine learning training systems or interfaces for inference results.
- Ability to build greenfield products, make progress with incomplete information, and learn from gaps.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects through completion.
- Interest in and passion for AI/ML systems; relevant personal projects are welcomed.
- The role will use Python, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Exceptional candidates may be considered even if they do not meet all listed guidelines.
