Base Salary
$170k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and design solutions.
- Integrate customer data with Rilla's conversational intelligence.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects.
- Discuss data models and workflows with customer executives.
- Wrangle massive-scale data and develop integrations or full-stack features.
- Contribute to extending Rilla’s footprint into new markets.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Javascript, C++, Python, or Rust.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to iterate quickly with teammates and incorporate feedback.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites.
