Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture of fraud detection, prevention, and intervention systems.
- Build intelligent user graphs to model behavioral patterns and detect collusion networks.
- Design, train, and deploy ML models to detect fraudulent activity.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and real-time inference systems.
- Create human-in-the-loop systems to refine detection accuracy.
- Perform deep behavioral and adversarial data analysis to identify fraud trends.
- Translate new insights into adaptive, production-ready systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in high-growth environments.
- 1+ years of experience writing production-grade Python code and using ML libraries.
- 1+ years of experience in machine learning or fraud prevention.
- Strong data-driven mindset and business intuition.
- Fluency with data tooling, including data warehouses and transformation frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
