Base Salary

$150k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve automations for patient outreach, data synchronization, and reporting.
  • Maintain RPM and EHR integrations and create monitoring that detects problems early.
  • Manage EHR integration pipelines, including exports, re-exports, and clinic reports.
  • Respond quickly and clearly to issues raised by clinics, patients, and support teams.
  • Identify and ship ideas that grow the remote patient monitoring program.
  • Lead EHR integrations for larger clients.

Requirements

  • Typically 5+ years of experience shipping and running production systems.
  • Experience starting something independently or working as an early engineer with end-to-end ownership.
  • Strong reliability mindset, including monitoring, clean integrations, and calm incident response.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to clinicians and support staff.
  • Experience building with AI tools and validating their output.
  • Solid TypeScript skills or the ability to learn TypeScript quickly.
  • Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and complex third-party integrations.
  • Preferred experience includes EHR or healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR, n8n or similar workflow automation tools, healthcare billing, and mobile development.
