Responsibilities
- Own major product features across the stack from design through launch.
- Build feedback loops with users and the Customer Success team.
- Partner with engineers and domain experts to architect scalable systems and implement robust software components.
- Help ensure the reliability and performance of Rogo’s software platforms.
- Shape the product and develop unique AI tools and user experiences using cutting-edge LLM technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
- At least five years of industry experience and a proven track record in similar roles.
- Extensive knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Production deployment experience with Python, NextJS, NestJS, TypeScript, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind.
- Experience updating codebases with newer framework features such as RSC and streaming.
- Strong coding ability, attention to detail, ownership, craftsmanship, self-direction, and collaboration.
- A keen interest in developing unique AI tools and user experiences.
- Preferred qualifications include experience at a leading AI research institution, as an early engineer at a hyper-growth startup, or in a world-class product organization.
- Experience with UI/UX and product design, and demonstrated passion for startups or early-stage companies, is preferred.
