Responsibilities
- Own developer adoption of Falcon through technical sessions, internal documentation, release communications, and engineering relationships.
- Stay aligned with platform, infrastructure, and developer tooling teams to communicate upcoming capabilities.
- Build and operate an internal AI champions network across engineering teams.
- Collect usage feedback and translate adoption patterns into platform priorities.
- Ship production code on Falcon and contribute hands-on to the platform.
- Represent engineering in AI governance forums and support relationships with frontier AI vendors.
- Help grow JLL’s AI and Data Science presence in Israel through meetups and technical events.
- Lead or mentor engineers and communicate effectively across teams and time zones.
Requirements
- Production software engineering experience with recent hands-on Python and at least one of Node or Java.
- Experience driving AI adoption across an engineering organization without direct management authority.
- Frequent use of AI coding tools as a core engineering workflow.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and modern CI/CD.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers, formally or informally.
- Strong written and verbal English, with clear technical writing and presentation skills.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with MCP, Claude Agent SDK, or similar agent frameworks and tool-use patterns.
- Preferred: experience running a developer community, champions program, or internal technical event series.
- Preferred: exposure to AI governance, security review, or responsible-AI practices in an enterprise.
- Preferred: active participation in the local AI engineering community.
