Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement systems that compute branch and CI health signals.
- Build services, pipelines, dashboards, and policy engines to enhance engineering productivity.
- Develop risk and coverage intelligence for firmware and software changes.
- Improve handling of risky pull requests through targeted test selection and stronger gating.
- Enhance test scheduling, prioritization, and resource utilization across various platforms.
- Translate raw CI, quality, and bug data into mechanisms that improve quality at source.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong skills in designing and implementing durable systems with minimal guidance.
- Experience with CI systems, developer tooling, and test infrastructure.
- Good technical judgment regarding testing, triage, and risk reduction.
- Ability to work across firmware, software, infrastructure, and analytics boundaries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
