Base Salary
$160k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major feature development and collaborate directly with founders on end-to-end product development.
- Work with interdisciplinary hardware, software, and design teams to build new products from scratch.
- Design and implement new features and architecture for challenging technical problems.
- Build backend infrastructure for scalable training in the cloud.
- Rethink and recreate existing codebases for scale.
- Continuously improve and maintain production code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant coding experience.
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of one or more of Python, Node.js, C++, Go, C#, or Java.
- Ability to learn new languages, libraries, and frameworks as needed.
- Experience building production-ready code used regularly by many people.
- Preferred: experience building AdTech components such as ad servers, RTB bidders, OpenRTB protocols, SSP/DSP integrations, tracking engines, or predictive click-through-rate services.
- Preferred: experience in fast-paced environments, cloud infrastructure deployment and management, algorithms and data structures, and SQL or other database technologies.
