Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to deliver significant business impact.
- Set direction for critical technical areas to support rapid growth.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance customer security solutions.
- Contribute to building Vanta's engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of industry experience.
- Experience in technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
- Previous startup experience or a bias for action.
- Experience working on greenfield projects.
- Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the field.
