Base Salary
$207k - $244k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact.
- Set direction for critical technical areas to support continued growth.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling.
- Collaborate with engineers to help customers improve and prove their security.
- Contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture as the company grows.
- Mentor engineers and deliver high-value products and scalable infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of industry experience.
- Experience playing technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
- Previous startup experience or experience in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action.
- Previous experience working on greenfield projects.
- Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space.
