Responsibilities
- Design and implement build and release technology solutions across multiple Scrum teams and domains.
- Implement and integrate Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery automation with developer tooling.
- Deliver DevSecOps practices covering CI/CD, source code management, security, quality, and automation.
- Use cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, Kubernetes, and observability tooling to support reliable software delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation, conduct training, and coach Scrum teams on source control and CI/CD tools.
- Identify and prioritize delivery and platform gaps with engineering teams and stakeholders, contributing to roadmaps and backlogs.
- Drive DevOps, release-on-demand, built-in-quality, and continuous-improvement initiatives across the software development life cycle.
- Support release management, platform deployment coordination, change-management planning, and monthly operating-system patching coordination and validation.
- Apply GenAI, ML, NLP, AI automation, and intelligent assistants to improve productivity, testing, data analysis, and product development.
- Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, security, bias, and compliance with ethical AI and data-governance requirements.
Requirements
- 8 to 13 years of total experience.
- Expertise in CI/CD and tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, and Rundeck.
- Expertise with Git-based source-code-management platforms and branching strategies such as Git-flow.
- Experience with observability tooling, preferably Dynatrace, including application performance monitoring and Kubernetes monitoring.
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud automation using Infrastructure as Code.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Shell scripting.
- Experience with configuration-management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Advanced knowledge of secure coding, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, software and artifact provenance, OSA/SCA, SAST, and DAST.
- Experience with source-code static analysis and quality tools such as SonarQube.
- Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, Docker images, deployments, ingress, and Istio.
- Extensive build-automation and build-management experience across the full project life cycle in Agile, multi-platform, distributed environments.
- Experience applying GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and quality.
- Understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, automation, and model safety.
- Experience translating business problems into AI-driven use cases and integrating AI models, automation pipelines, or intelligent assistants into products.
- Ability to write effective prompts, verify AI responses, and evaluate outputs for correctness, security, and bias.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, documentation, coaching, issue-reporting, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
