Responsibilities
- Design, code, develop, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s technical execution.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead software development lifecycle process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives and deliverables.
- Apply system integration and performance optimization techniques.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Oracle Argus.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices and modern software frameworks and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Good understanding of system integration and performance optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education.
