Base Salary
$176k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and execute technical sales strategies for complex, high-value AI security opportunities from discovery through close.
- Configure and present tailored demonstrations and proofs of value for Zscaler's AI security platform.
- Advise enterprise customers on RAG, agents, prompt workflows, sensitive data exposure, and unsanctioned AI usage.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Build reusable demos, technical assets, competitive positioning, enablement playbooks, and training for enterprise account teams.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Fortune 500 executives, architects, and deep-technical practitioners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, RAG, MCP orchestration patterns, and related security risks.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, Zero Trust architecture, DLP, cloud-native security platforms, and API integrations.
- Exceptional presentation, executive communication, and technical storytelling skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with LLM APIs, scripting, agentic automation routines, and lightweight AI applications.
- Preferred: experience with production AI risk, data leakage, model governance, compliance frameworks, and shadow AI usage.
- Preferred: experience creating field assets, technical workshops, competitive positioning, and enablement content.
