Base Salary
$176k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
- Gather customer technical requirements and align proposed solutions with customer goals.
- Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
- Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide evaluations to successful outcomes.
- Partner closely with sales teams to shape and win strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- BSCS or equivalent education and extensive experience as a sales engineer or systems integrator.
- At least 5 years of pre-sales experience, including at least 3 years selling security or networking solutions in direct or high-touch environments.
- Experience with data protection and web-related technologies.
- Experience working in a matrix role with broader go-to-market teams to promote, sell, and support a Data Security business line.
- Experience in a commercial or high-velocity segment.
- Preferred experience with Zscaler or competing data protection solutions.
- Preferred understanding of SaaS technologies and regional regulatory compliance.
- Preferred success working in a matrix environment with broader GTM and partner ecosystems.
