Base Salary
$130k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Design and implement AI-powered software solutions, agents, skills, tools, and intelligent workflows.
- Develop robust software using C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and AWS.
- Use AI models and telemetry to improve monitoring, observability, diagnostics, reliability, and operational risk.
- Identify anomalies, performance bottlenecks, and customer-impacting issues.
- Lead software design, development standards, and code reviews.
- Build intelligent automation for research workflows, information discovery, and business operations.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Data teams on AI-driven automation and decision-making opportunities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and best practices for the technology platform.
- Develop comprehensive application testing procedures for applications serving tens of thousands of users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
- At least 6 years of software development experience with object-oriented languages.
- Experience architecting, designing, and building large-scale distributed, service-oriented systems and web applications.
- Experience building RESTful APIs using C#.
- Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Understanding of AI technologies with hands-on experience in AI adoption and development.
- Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, or agent-based architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes.
- Strong communication skills with business and technical partners.
- Preferred: SQL and database development knowledge.
- Preferred: familiarity with AWS PaaS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS.
- Preferred: conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling experience.
- Preferred: experience implementing AI agents, workflow automation platforms, or intelligent search solutions.
- Preferred: experience applying AI-assisted software development practices.
