Responsibilities
- Resolve complex production incidents as the final L3 escalation point.
- Perform deep problem determination, troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, and bug fixing for customer-reported issues.
- Develop application software using Java and related technologies.
- Write functional and design documentation.
- Analyze vulnerabilities and oversee service improvement.
- Collaborate with L2 support, application architects, other technical teams, and end users.
- Triage, document, and communicate customer issues across different technical levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in software development or L3 support using Java.
- Experience with microservices architectures and cloud or web-based content.
- Ability to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code and troubleshoot current applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-direction, and the ability to identify and meet KPIs.
- Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Preferred: leadership skills and experience with international customers.
- Preferred: familiarity with retail applications and frontend technologies including JavaScript, Vue.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Preferred: Linux, Windows, Selenium, and Cucumber experience.
