Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable and performant C++ backend architecture.
- Develop robust, high-throughput and low-latency infrastructure for ad cloud bidding services.
- Own and drive the technical roadmap for sizable projects or services.
- Optimize services and system performance in a data-intensive environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate collaboration across high-performance agile teams and cross-functional groups.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern C++ programming, including C++11 and later.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and solid understanding of system programming.
- Experience developing low-latency, millisecond-scale and high-throughput systems exceeding 1K QPS per machine.
- Experience with service optimization and performance tuning.
- Proactive approach and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: experience with modern build systems, operation automation tools, cloud services, and monitoring and alert systems.
