Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the AI roadmap with senior architects and team members.
- Design, optimize, and deploy enterprise-scale LLM serving infrastructures.
- Translate complex business requirements into deployed code.
- Implement and scale 'Report Cards' for production models to track performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering and product development.
- 2+ years of production experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- 6+ years of experience in architecting and scaling high-performance distributed systems.
- Familiarity with optimizing LLMs in production and high-throughput inference frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Energetic self-starter with a startup mindset.
