Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Atlassian configurations, workflows, and developments.
- Design, develop, implement, test, administer, and support Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Assets, and Confluence.
- Manage the full application lifecycle, including solution design, testing, technical support, end-user training, and continuous enhancement.
- Advise business stakeholders on Atlassian best practices, solution design, and adoption strategies.
- Implement advanced workflow configurations, Jira Automation rules, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to align external fabrication and supplier processes with internal manufacturing requirements and quality standards.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and increase yield.
- Validate production tooling, equipment, custom fixtures, and tools, including capability studies when needed.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of IT experience as an Application Developer, System Administrator, or Business Systems Analyst.
- Extensive experience administering and developing cloud-based Atlassian applications, including Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Assets, and Confluence.
- Technical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to determine best practices and implement technical requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Atlassian Certified Professional certifications, such as Jira Administrator for Cloud, are highly preferred.
- Practical experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and with ITIL processes.
- Experience translating methodologies into Jira boards, Jira Service Management queues, Atlassian Plans, and enterprise alignment structures.
- Familiarity with Groovy, Python, JQL, AQL, and Atlassian Forge is preferred or a plus.
