Base Salary
$165k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline libraries for multiple engineering teams.
- Design and create internal tools, APIs, and CLI utilities to reduce developer friction.
- Prepare internal systems for AI coding agents by building harness tooling and feedback loops.
- Monitor developer productivity systems and measure the impact of tooling improvements.
- Collaborate with application development teams to implement CI/CD best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to root cause analyses.
- Engage in code reviews and author technical proposals to enhance engineering standards.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of software engineering experience, with 2–3 years focused on CI/CD or developer tooling.
- Hands-on experience with complex CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of source control concepts and practical Git experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently.
- A developer empathy mindset focused on creating user-friendly tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
