Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and select among available technologies with peers and stakeholders.
- Review code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing effects on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while designing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Go, or Python.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or machine learning, or experience with compute technologies or hardware architecture.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
