Base Salary
$152k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders, primarily in GTM, Finance, and People, to identify opportunities from ambiguous problem statements.
- Prototype end-to-end AI solutions from problem framing through data readiness, modeling, evaluation, and initial productization.
- Create reusable components, tooling, and templates to accelerate future projects.
- Build alignment between technical and non-technical teams and translate complex AI concepts into business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, or equivalent role at a technology company.
- Familiarity with ML/AI and LLMs in production systems.
- High-level understanding of how business processes and systems work end to end.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into proofs of concept and actionable business outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, data scientists, cross-functional partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Domain experience partnering with GTM and Finance teams is a plus.
- Curiosity about adopting AI-assisted development tools and a pragmatic, impact-driven approach to technology.
