Full Stack Engineer
Thought MachineResponsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end features across web applications and backend services.
- Deliver solutions with attention to security, performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Write automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams to integrate features in a structured way.
- Manage and debug features from testing environments through production.
- Translate customer requirements into delivery plans and implementation tasks.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers in cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in building modern web applications.
- Experience writing REST APIs and services.
- Commitment to clean, readable, properly tested code.
- Experience integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle.
- Interest in client-facing projects, including scoping requirements and defining deliverables.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field is desirable.
- Knowledge of banking or finance is desirable.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud providers is desirable.
- Proficiency in Golang or Python is desirable.
- Understanding of UX and UI principles is desirable.
- Experience with Figma and UI frameworks is desirable.
- Visual design skills are desirable.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases is desirable.
- Experience with client/server architectures, networking, or microservice architectures is desirable.
- Experience using Kubernetes is desirable.
