Responsibilities
- Build and evolve backend services in Go with a focus on distributed systems and product connectivity.
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations connecting different product components.
- Contribute to software architecture, object-oriented design, and scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Improve software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot existing solutions and identify practical improvements to products and development processes.
- Collaborate through pair programming, mob programming, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend software development experience, including designing and delivering production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with Go and experience building distributed systems, APIs, or backend services.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, REST APIs, and modern integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Collaborative, curious, adaptable, and willing to learn and share knowledge.
- Experience with the .NET ecosystem is a nice-to-have qualification.
