Responsibilities

  • Develop applications using Python, JavaScript, and other tools based on requirements.
  • Use GitLab for code management, bug tracking, testing, and pushing code to production.
  • Research problems, complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision, and update documentation or instructions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a virtual team during the internship.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university and remain enrolled full-time in Fall 2027.
  • Major in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
  • Be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
  • Be a U.S. citizen and obtain the required Secret clearance before starting.
  • Have experience with Java, C#, or C/C++.
  • Preferred qualifications include a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, prior internship or co-op experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Preferred technical experience includes HTML, CSS, Python Flask, Gunicorn, NGINX, Linux, PowerShell, MongoDB, Ansible, Git, and basic networking.
