Responsibilities
- Build and ship production software alongside experienced HubSpot engineers.
- Solve complex engineering problems that affect HubSpot customers.
- Contribute to backend, frontend, data, or systems-infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate on designing, developing, testing, and improving software.
- Own meaningful projects and contribute ideas from development through delivery.
- Learn and apply new technologies and engineering practices.
- Communicate and collaborate with teammates on technical decisions and challenges.
Requirements
- Web development experience through coursework, independent projects, work experience, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Curiosity, motivation to learn technologies, and interest in growing engineering skills.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Confidence taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in understanding HubSpot’s business, products, and culture.
- Availability to work full time, 40 hours per week, for the full Spring 2027 co-op.
- Ability to work from an eligible location within the United Kingdom.
- Experience building projects beyond coursework, such as mobile apps, web applications, games, or other software, is preferred.
- Experience with one or more listed technologies and ownership of a technical project or initiative are preferred.
