Responsibilities

  • Analyze and implement software requirements.
  • Format, validate, and upload data.
  • Perform database schema changes.
  • Automate manual tasks through script development.
  • Modify software code to resolve defects and improve reliability.
  • Debug issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Communicate with users to understand their needs.
  • Develop unit tests and assist with code review, testing, and test automation.
  • Complete required HIPAA/PHI privacy, compliance, and security training within the first 30 days and maintain current Natera training status.
  • Pass a post-offer criminal background check.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline, a high-quality bootcamp class, or equivalent work experience.
  • Good working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Knowledge of SQL and MySQL administration.
  • Google Sheets formulas and App Script experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
