Responsibilities
- Partner with product-minded engineers to shape prototypes for production.
- Co-own the transition from demo to stable production software.
- Ensure security and review practices for agent-generated code.
- Work with reference customers for internal and product integrations.
- Identify and resolve operational gaps and edge cases.
- Establish review, testing, and security practices for fast shipping.
Requirements
- Experience in taking software from prototype to production.
- Strong skills in hardening and maintaining production software.
- Proficiency in Go and comfort with integrating third-party APIs.
- Daily use of coding agents and LLMs in engineering workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with production services and incident response is a plus.
