Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own outcomes and ensure work delivers real customer impact.
- Design, build, and ship features from problem definition through production.
- Utilize AI in your workflow for writing specs and generating code.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and system design.
- Prototype and validate solutions with real data in ambiguous situations.
- Contribute across the full stack using Node, TypeScript, and React.
- Debug complex issues and make sound architectural decisions.
- Own production systems, including observability and reliability.
- Collaborate through code reviews and shared problem solving.
- Influence technical direction and contribute to engineering improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with modern web technologies like TypeScript, Node, and React.
- Solid system design and debugging skills across distributed systems.
- Experience with end-to-end service ownership, including deployment and monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong testing discipline and understanding of test design.
- Ability to navigate and improve large existing codebases.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Design.
- A product mindset focused on customer problems and assumptions.
