Base Salary
$120k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production from use-case scoping through stable production.
- Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents for customers.
- Align with technical and business stakeholders to deliver customer value and resolve real-world challenges.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality for timely project delivery.
- Partner with product management to turn customer needs into actionable product and roadmap insights.
- Develop reusable resources, tools, and best practices to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
- Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Ability to write and review production-grade Python and SQL and strong command of REST API design and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to build relationships with technical and business stakeholders and work collaboratively across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Preferred: at least 1 year as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or equivalent in a B2B SaaS company.
- Preferred: experience building AI applications within financial services.
- Preferred: experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models for business problems.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
