Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance solutions across a multi-technology stack.
- Write complex PL/SQL solutions and perform SQL performance tuning.
- Conduct data modeling, data migration, data quality, and ETL activities.
- Support high-availability, high-volume production systems and maintain their performance and resilience.
- Implement automated deployment pipelines and database release processes.
- Collaborate with distributed onshore engineering teams to deliver features, resolve defects, and integrate solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, execution, continuous improvement, and engineering process enhancements within Scrum and SAFe environments.
- Follow enterprise standards, controls, security policies, and mandatory security training requirements.
Requirements
- At least five years of Oracle database development experience.
- Demonstrated experience writing complex PL/SQL solutions.
- Experience with SQL performance tuning, data modeling, data migration, data quality, and ETL processes.
- Experience supporting high-availability production systems with high-volume requirements.
- Experience implementing automated deployment pipelines and database release processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally within SAFe.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Knowledge of Exadata is desirable.
- Knowledge of Java and test automation is desirable.
- Exposure to payment systems or financial services environments is desirable.
- Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability platforms is desirable.
