Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full-stack and AI-enabled applications.
- Define architecture, technical roadmaps, and engineering best practices.
- Build scalable backend services with Node.js and responsive user interfaces with ReactJS.
- Design and implement generative-AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and vector search.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive cloud-native deployments, performance optimization, security, and observability.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.
- Conduct design and code reviews and lead architecture and technical decisions.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, Hooks, and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience designing and developing GraphQL APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront, and Cognito.
- Experience with serverless architecture, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong solutioning, architecture, and technical leadership experience.
- Experience mentoring development teams and conducting design and code reviews.
- Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI application design patterns, AI security, governance, responsible AI, and model evaluation.
- Experience building AI-powered chatbots, copilots, or intelligent assistants.
- Understanding of RAG architectures and experience integrating AI services through APIs and SDKs.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, OpenSearch, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
- Nice-to-have experience with AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AWS AppSync, CloudWatch, X-Ray, MLOps, and AI model monitoring.
